Monday to Friday 6 hours over the day
MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE TO MEET THE CRITERIA FOR THIS ROLE/CV areas
This role involves working in contracted areas in Rugby, Leamington,Stratford, Coventry, Nuneaton and bordering Hinckley.
The hours are early mornings before client premises open and cleaning premises after the close of business.
We provide a company vehicle to travel to sites with a company fuel card to pay for the business trips.
Duties include:-
Following schedules and specifications of cleaning tasks
Apply our 5 colour coded system.
Comply with Health and safety requirements and follow risk assessments , and comply with COSHH regulations.
Report faulty equipment.
Show new potential operatives sites and duties when recruiting suitable candidates
Good communication essential with operations dept to maintain excellent service to clients
Liase with clients to ensure service satisfaction
Locking up procedures to client sites and to update accordingly
Lone worker policy to be acknowledged
About the candidate:-
Must be quality driven
Must hold a full vehicle driving license
Have excellent communicatons skills
Show flexibility with available and to be available to work 30 hour over the week with occasions week ends
