Minster Cleaning are a contract cleaning company established since 1993, based in Tile Hill, Coventry with over 180 cleaning contracts spread over Coventry and Warwickshire.

This role will involve working is contracted areas: - Rugby, Leamington, Stratford, Coventry, Nuneaton and Hinckley. The hours are early mornings before client premises open and after the close of business hours. We provide a company vehicle and fuel allowance.

Duties include

· Follow schedules and specification to clean client premises.

· Apply the Minster colour coded system.

· Comply with Health and Safety requirement and follow any identified risk assessments to control measures.

· Comply with COSHH regulations when using Minster Cleaning materials.

· Report any faulty equipment relating to electrical equipment.

· Show new potential operative’s sites where recruitment is being processed.

· Good communication essential to Operations to plan and achieve covering sites.

· Ensure all information is sourced to ensure safe travel and location information to cover contracts.

· Liaise with clients to confirm service satisfaction.

· Locking up procedures to be reviewed ongoing and updated accordingly.

· Lone worker policies to be acknowledged.

About the candidate:

· Quality driven

· Must hold full UK driving license.

· Have good communication skills.

· Show flexibility and be available Monday to Friday to complete 30 hours with occasional weekends.
