Job Title: School Cleaner (Key Holder)
Location: Bakewell
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 7:30pm (27.5 hours per week)
Pay: £13.50 per hour

Start date: Monday 13th April

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated School Cleaner to join our team at a welcoming, community-based primary school in Bakewell. This is a key holder position, requiring responsibility for securing the building at the end of each day.

About the Role:
You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. The role includes both internal and external cleaning duties, ensuring the school grounds are kept to a high standard at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas
  • Maintaining hygiene standards in toilets and washrooms
  • Ensuring external areas and grounds are tidy and presentable
  • Safely locking and securing the school premises each evening
  • Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
