Location: DE73 8EF
Hours: 5:30am – 7:30am, Monday to Friday
Total Hours: 10 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and conscientious Part-Time Cleaner to join our team, working at a local doctors’ surgery.
You will play an important role in ensuring the surgery is clean, hygienic and welcoming for patients, visitors and healthcare staff each day. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness is essential in a healthcare environment to help provide a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning consulting rooms, treatment areas and reception.
- Cleaning toilets, staff welfare areas and waiting rooms.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces.
- Following cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or shortages of cleaning materials to the office.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- A reliable, punctual and trustworthy approach to work.
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- An understanding of the importance of hygiene and confidentiality in a healthcare setting.
