Cleaning Supervisor – Minster Cleaning (South Essex)
We are looking for a reliable and professional Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in South Essex. This important full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week, with plenty of overtime available) supports our day-to-day operations, ensuring our cleaning services run smoothly and to the highest standards across multiple customer sites.
Key Details:
- Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, generally early mornings or evenings (flexibility required)
- Salary: Competitive, with regular overtime available
- Location: South Essex – travel between customer sites required
- Vehicle: Company van provided
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent high standards
- Carry out regular site checks and resolve any issues promptly
- Provide on-site training and guidance to new or existing cleaners
- Assist with holiday and sickness cover when required
- Liaise with clients and the office team to maintain strong relationships
- Ensure Health & Safety and company procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous cleaning and supervisory experience preferred
- Reliable, flexible and well-organised
- Strong communication and people skills
- Able to work independently and use initiative
