We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Utilise appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitisation and hygiene.
  • Dust, mop, vacuum, and scrub surfaces as required to maintain cleanliness.
  • Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.

Experience

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures.
