Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Morning Cleaner to join our dedicated facilities team. This vital role ensures that our work environment remains spotless, safe, and welcoming each day. As a Morning Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various areas, creating a positive atmosphere for employees, visitors, and clients alike. Your proactive approach and commitment to quality will help uphold the professional image of our organization from the moment the day begins.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain a pristine appearance with attention to detail in high-traffic zones
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly to ensure a hygienic environment
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability throughout the day
  • Conduct routine janitorial tasks including dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and sanitizing touchpoints for health and safety compliance
  • Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination

Skills

  • Proven experience in cleaning services with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
