Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during evening hours. Your proactive approach and strong cleaning skills will ensure that our facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, supporting a positive experience for staff and visitors alike.

This role is for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings - 9.30pm - 11pm

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Handle custodial tasks efficiently, including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness of industrial or specialized areas by following safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning techniques
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored; monitor inventory levels regularly
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial or industrial settings
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and general facilities maintenance
  • Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work independently during evening hours with minimal supervision
  • Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
