You will be responsible for the following:-
* Organise cover cleaning for holidays and sickness ensuring the cleaning standards are upheld at all times. Check site files on each visit to ensure the correct and up to date information is logged at all times. Foster good working relationships with teams and clients on site at all times. Ensure stock orders are processed in a timely manner, ensuring cleaners onsite have all that is required to do their job and carry out an excellent cleaning experinece for the customer. You will be responsible for recruitment on your sites, ensuring that the right candidates can get to the work place efficiently and on time each day and also carry out their inductions on site and allocate any training required.
You will be responsible for proactively managing the team including the managing of the week holidays, performance, and absence reporting to all in payroll department.
Ensure that the staff are trained to standards and arrange any meetings reviews and appraisals for staff. Offer additional cleaning services to sites and other locations. We have a referral incentive program for all staff - could be a referral for a new member of staff or company.
Visit head office in Hull once per week to hand in all documentation, paperwork and give payroll all details of absence, sickness and holidays and also for support cleaning timesheets and site inspections.
