York Area – Unsociable hours 25 hours per week plus overtime - £13.00 per hour
Most of the cover is during week hours and very little weekend work this is usually only when someone leaves, is on sick or on annual leave we have a total of 8 sites across the areas that work weekends.
The person that would suit this role would be polite, courteous, professional, eager and want to work.
Some of the jobs start at 6 am in the morning and usually and you would have a break during the day. The last shifts would start late afternoon so the days could be split on occasion.
The area managers supports and works out in the area daily and usually if the area manager works the morning covers the cover cleaner would work the afternoon cover and vice versa. If weekend cover is required on a Saturday It would be done shared and week on week off as a rule of thumb but could due to staff sickness overlap.
We are genuinely looking for a new member of staff that really would like to progress with their career so please no time wasters. If you are aged over 25 there is a vehicle included. If you are under 25 unfortunately our commercial insurance would not cover you in our vehicles but if you have your own we do pay for mileage.
