Commercial Mobile Cleaner
Location: Various locations (as required)
Job Type:Full-time from 30 hours
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Mobile Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to various commercial sites, including offices, schools, medical centres, and other large buildings. You will be required to travel between client locations, ensuring each site is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel between multiple client locations to perform cleaning tasks.
- Clean and sanitise designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other commercial spaces.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, and polish floors and surfaces.
- Empty bins, remove waste, and ensure recycling is sorted correctly.
- Clean windows, doors, and mirrors as required.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Restock supplies such as soap, hand towels, and toilet paper in all necessary areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Complete all required documentation related to cleaning tasks and site visits.
### **Qualifications & Skills:**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations and work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
- A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves travel between sites.
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and materials as needed.
