Minster Cleaning Newcastle is expanding! We have been operating as a proud, family-run commercial cleaning business since 1997. Following significant growth throughout the North East—from Sunderland to Morpeth and everywhere in between—we are now looking for the right person to join our ever-growing mobile cleaning team.

💰 The Package

  • Pay: starting at £13.50 per hour
  • Hours: Guaranteed 20 hours per week (Average working week is 30–40 hours)
  • Job Type: Full-time / Part-time, Permanent
  • Benefits: Lucrative Referral Programme

📋 The Role

As a senior member of our field team, you will be highly customer-focused and key to maintaining our excellent reputation. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Covering customer premises during resident cleaner holidays or sickness absences.
  • Managing and stepping in on new contracts until permanent staff are placed.
  • Executing monthly cleaning supply deliveries to our contract clients.
  • Working independently or alongside a partner in a "buddy pair" to split daily jobs.
  • Operating shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM (with occasional weekend work).

While 1 year of cleaning experience is required, we firmly believe in hiring the right person over just a CV. We are looking for candidates who embody our core values:

Requirements:

  • Must hold a full UK driving license (Shared use of a company vehicle is provided).
  • Ability to pass a DBS check (The company will fully cover the cost).
  • Comfortable wearing provided PPE (Uniform, masks, and gloves) when entering client sites.
