Job Description:

Minster cleaning Newcastle has been established since 1996 and is a family owned and run business providing commercial contract cleaning in the North East. We cover the office and commercial cleaning needs of Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Sunderland, Washington, South Shields, Tynemouth, Ponteland, Blyth, Ashington, Morpeth, Hexham, Prudhoe and surrounding areas.

We are recruiting for a cleaning supervisor at a school premises for 20 hours per week

Monday - Friday 04:45am - 09:00am

The role entails that you:

  • Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
  • Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously
  • Manage the cleaning team on site
  • Maintain correct stock levels reported to your account manager
  • Open up the school in the mornings (key holder)

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred and full site training will be provided.
  • Subject to enhanced DBS

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
