Looking for a varied, active role where no two days are the same? Minster Cleaning is looking for a reliable and flexible Relief Cleaner to join our supportive team covering sites across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Relief Cleaner, you’ll help keep a range of locations clean and welcoming, covering for holidays, sickness, and vacancies. Your working days and hours will vary, so a flexible approach is essential.
Duties include:
General cleaning tasks
Dusting, mopping, sweeping & vacuuming
Emptying bins
Maintaining high cleaning standards
Learning specialist skills such as carpet cleaning and floor scrubbing
What We Offer
Paid travel time
Mileage allowance if using your own vehicle
In some cases, access to a company car
Full uniform provided
Immediate start available
Requirements
Full driving licence – essential
Fluent spoken English – essential
Previous cleaning experience
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
