We’re looking for an experienced Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring high standards, happy clients, and well-supported cleaning teams.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing people, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day performance of cleaning contracts

  • Recruit, train, and support cleaning operatives

  • Carry out site inspections and quality audits

  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle issues promptly

  • Ensure Health & Safety and site documentation are compliant

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services

  • Support new contract starts and staff onboarding

About You

  • Proven managerial experience (cleaning/facilities ideal)

  • Strong people management and communication skills

  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused

  • Flexible and hands-on approach

  • Full UK driving licence
