SUPERVISOR / MOBILE COVER CLEANER

Location: Nottingham & Surrounding Areas

Hours: 30-40 hours per week (with opportunity for additional hours)

Rate of Pay: £14 per hour (depending on experience)

Minster Cleaning Nottingham is looking for a reliable and motivated Supervisor / Mobile Cover Cleaner to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role combining supervisory responsibilities with providing cleaning cover across a range of commercial sites including offices, schools, medical facilities and industrial premises.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining service standards, supporting our cleaning teams and ensuring our customers receive a consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing holiday and sickness cover across customer sites
• Carrying out regular site audits and quality inspections
• Supporting and training cleaning operatives
• Assisting with new contract start-ups and deep cleans
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained
• Reporting any issues to the Contracts Manager
• Managing stock and equipment requirements
• Building positive relationships with customers and cleaners

Requirements:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience
• Supervisory experience desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
