Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

📍 Location: Nottingham & Surrounding Areas

⏰ Hours: 30–40 hours per week (with opportunity for overtime)

💷 Pay: £14.50 per hour

🚗 Company Vehicle & Fuel Card Provided

Minster Cleaning Nottingham is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Supervisor / Mobile Cover Cleaner to join our growing team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting our customers and cleaning teams across Nottingham and the surrounding areas, ensuring our high standards are consistently delivered.

As part of this role, a company vehicle and fuel card are provided during working hours, so you won't need to use your own vehicle for work.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing holiday and sickness cover across commercial customer sites.
  • Carrying out quality audits and site inspections.
  • Supporting, training and motivating cleaning operatives.
  • Assisting with new contract start-ups and deep cleans.
  • Maintaining high cleaning standards across all sites.
  • Reporting any issues to the Contracts Manager.
  • Managing cleaning stock and equipment.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and staff.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience.
  • Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Reliable, flexible and trustworthy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and use initiative.
