We are recruiting for an Administrator Support to join our Minster Cleaning team!

Role and Responsibilities

  • Scanning and filling paperwork.
  • Entering information to excel sheets.
  • Support with processing material and consumable orders for sites, processing the order invoices.
  • Monitoring the time and attendance system.
  • Support with reviewing and booking applicants for job interviews.
  • Supporting the office team in the daily operations of the business.
  • Answering the telephone and passing on messages to the appropriate person.

Roles and responsibilities shall be expanded as knowledge is built.

Hours - Monday to Friday, between the hours 1000am - 1400pm but may vary. 

would be required to help out with annual leave cover. 

Holidays 28 days pro-rata 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Pass grade in GCSE in Math’s and English preferred though not essential.
  • Competent in written English and fluent in spoken English.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft application – proficient in Outlook email, Word, Excel.
  • Competent typing skills.
  • Confident and professional on the telephone

  • Strong organisational skills, able to priortise and execute daily tasks.
  • Show initiative.
  • Consistently carry out your duties in a consistent manner each day.
  • Hard working and flexible in the hours that are worked to support the needs of the business and perform to a high standard each day.
