Part-Time Mobile Cleaning Supervisor / Cover Cleaner

Location: Diss, Eye & surrounding villages (Suffolk)
Pay Rate: £13.50 – £14.00 per hour
Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, flexible, and customer-focused Part-Time Mobile Cleaning Supervisor / Cover Cleaner to support our sites across the Diss and Eye areas.

This is a key role within our team, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in high standards, and can respond confidently to changing daily requirements.

Working Hours

  • Various shifts Monday to Friday

  • Occasional weekend work may be required

  • Shifts may fall anytime between 5:00am and 10:00pm, depending on cover needs

  • Flexibility is essential due to short-notice cover

About the Role

As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor / Cover Cleaner, you will play a vital part in ensuring our sites remain clean, secure, and professionally presented at all times. You will be trusted to work independently, represent the company to a high standard, and step in where needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Covering sickness, holidays, and vacant shifts across multiple sites

  • Cleaning a range of commercial environments, including schools, offices, and health centres

  • Opening and locking premises where required (key holder responsibility)

  • Responding to short-notice cover requests when needed

  • Maintaining excellent cleaning standards and professionalism at all times

  • Someone who takes pride in their work and attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided

  • A flexible and reliable approach is essential
