Morning Cleaning Supervisor – Doctors’ Surgery
Company: Minster Cleaning
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour

Minster Cleaning is looking to recruit a reliable and friendly Morning Cleaning Supervisor for a contract at a Doctors’ Surgery in Eye.

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday

  • 06:00 – 08:15

  • Total Weekly Hours: 11.25

  • Keyholder position

  • Smartphone required for clocking in and out

About the Role

We are seeking a trustworthy, motivated, and reliable individual who will be responsible for both carrying out cleaning duties and supervising the morning cleaning routine to ensure the surgery is prepared for staff and patients each day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out daily cleaning duties

  • Supervising and ensuring cleaning standards are maintained

  • Mopping and vacuuming floors

  • Wiping and sanitising surfaces

  • Emptying bins and waste disposal

  • Cleaning toilets, treatment rooms, offices, and waiting areas

  • Ensuring high hygiene standards appropriate for a medical environment

  • Securing the premises on leaving (keyholder responsibility)

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while ensuring cleaning standards are met

  • Previous cleaning or supervisory experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided
