Join the Minster Cleaning Team

Minster Cleaning is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Mobile Cleaner to join our team covering the Bury St Edmunds area and surrounding locations.

This is a part-time position offering 25 hours per week, with paid travel time between sites. The role is available on a permanent basis, with an immediate start available.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Mobile Cleaner, your duties will include:

  • General cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and emptying bins
  • Sanitising high-touch areas such as desks, worktops, door handles, and light switches
  • Carrying out deep cleaning tasks to maintain high hygiene standards
  • Cleaning a variety of environments including:
    • Offices
    • Schools
    • Doctors’ surgeries
    • Dental practices
    • Communal areas
  • Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
  • Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
  • Reporting maintenance issues or hazards to supervisors
  • Travelling between multiple sites within the local area
  • Maintaining professionalism and reliability while on client premises

What We’re Looking For

  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Flexible and comfortable travelling between sites
  • Physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties
  • Friendly and professional with good communication skills
  • Committed to maintaining high cleaning standards

Experience

  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
  • Full training can be provided for the right candidate
