Due to continued growth, Minster Cleaning is looking to recruit two reliable and friendly Part-Time Cleaners to work at a contract in Chelmondiston, Suffolk.

£12.71 starting hourly rate, rising to £13.45 per hour, plus a £50 Amazon voucher on successful completion of the probationary period.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday during term time
  • 15:30 – 18:30
  • Total weekly hours: 15
  • Approximately 1 hour of each evening shift will be dedicated to caretaker duties, including securing the school and carrying out basic site checks.
  • A smartphone is required for clocking in and out
  • Deep cleaning will be required during school holidays

What We're Looking For

We are seeking trustworthy, motivated, and responsible Cleaning Operatives who take pride in their work.

While previous cleaning experience is beneficial, full training will be provided, so experience is not essential.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Mopping and vacuuming floors
  • Wiping down surfaces and high-touch points such as light switches
  • Emptying bins
  • Cleaning toilets, offices, and classrooms
  • Carrying out approximately 1 hour of caretaker duties each evening, including securing and locking the school, completing basic site checks, and ensuring the premises are left safe and secure
  • Carrying out deep cleaning tasks during school holidays to maintain high hygiene standards
